The location was particularly good, near by night market with easy access to a market and stores. Had big and cheap room complete with garden view as well as good seaview. The personnel was courteous and accommodating.

Cozy room with air conditioning, TV with many channels, and a setup for making coffee or tea. Also, loved having a view of the swimming pool – such a nice extra touch! 🏊‍♂️

i am not get my room(garden view) as per in the requested room (Booked.net), after discussion with the manager and she's agreed to give me a discount for the room. tq but i 'm still not happy for the room.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. the location was comfortable, close to the night market, eateries, and PD town. - the room was reasonably spacious.

sadly the hotel has no real facilites apart from the pool and spa. Everything else seems to have been closed sine I was there over a year ago. The website, and even the hotel foyer show they have the bar with karaoke in the evenings, but this is closed. The pool bar they advertise is also run down and basically closed. So once dinner is finished there is nothing at all to do in the hotel. Wouls also comment that the rooms (room we had) suffered from a lack of attention to maintence with things not working properly.

Would like to see more channels on the tv as well more modern tv the Breakfast was served a bit too late (0700) and should be starting at 0600. Would welcome also a "bar" where to watch sport events/relax

The hotel was clean and comfortaable and I found the staff fairly corteous.

It was alright for being my first time.

The toilet was not very safe as the floor is slippery when wet.House cleanning should be more stringent as i had the shock of my life when i saw the toilet bowl was filthy and not scrubbed clean.I noticed that there were rats running around the games room and decided not to eat at their restaurant as the games room is beside the restaurant.
